ME237 Smart Panel Meter
ME238 Three-Phase Multifunctional Smart Meter with RJ45 Easy Connection
The ME238 three-phase multifunctional smart meter is designed for precise and reliable measurement of electrical parameters in industrial and commercial environments. It supports both 3-phase 3-wire (3PH3W) and 3-phase 4-wire (3PH4W) systems, making it versatile for a wide range of applications.
Features
The ME238 features a 96x96mm panel meter with a 3.8-inch LCD segment code display, allowing for clear and easy-to-read measurements of key electrical parameters such as Current, Voltage, Power, Energy, Power Factor, Harmonics, and more. With a weight of just 259g and compact dimensions (8.1x8.1x3 cm), the device is easy to install and operate. The meter is compatible with 333mV CTs and flexible Rogowski coils, which can be connected through an RJ45 terminal, simplifying installation. It supports a range of current measurement options, from 0.005A to 6000A, depending on the sensor model. Recommended sensors for specific current ranges include STP-5, STP-100, STP-600, STP-2.5K, and STP-6K, allowing for flexibility in selecting the appropriate sensor for different applications.
Data and Communication
The ME238 provides comprehensive data readings, including phase and line voltages, current, active/reactive/apparent power, energy import/export, and harmonic data. The device features a data refresh rate of 500ms and supports the Modbus RTU protocol for communication via an RS485 interface. This allows integration with other systems for remote monitoring and control.
Relay and Digital Outputs
The meter includes a relay output with normally open and normally closed contacts, which can be controlled via the RS485/Modbus protocol. Additionally, the ME238 provides two digital switch inputs for additional control, along with an energy pulse output for active energy monitoring.
Accuracy and Certification
The ME238 meets IEC62053 standards for energy measurement accuracy, offering high precision with current measurement accuracy of ±0.5% and voltage accuracy of 0.2%. It is built to operate in harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C and certified for EMC compliance.
